- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering set up, take down, prints, template creation, text/email sharing, and props. With a flat rate, you don't have to worry about any additional costs on weekends. However, printing is not included in our digital-only booth, which starts at $399.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hire us, we will send you a straightforward onboarding form and invoice. The onboarding form allows us to collect all the necessary details to commence the event designing process. Our goal is to make the booking process with us as effortless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Graphic design (a skill used to creat amazing templates)
