Excellent experience. Fleur de Sel was incredible to work with. Charlotte, the owner was kind, responsive, accommodating, adaptable, creative- not to mention a fantastic chef! We wanted food that could be eaten without plates, she did a fantastic array of finger food that looked spectacular. We ended up with the perfect amount of food, we did not run out during the party, and we only had a little bit of leftovers to enjoy for a day. This was an excellent experience, we will definitely use her again.

I hired Charlotte to cater a private dinner and was SO pleased with her service!! :) Charlotte was super communicative, accommodating, and so easy to work with. She was gracious in helping us fine-tune our custom menu and make suggestions on areas we weren't sure about. She also was able to accommodate a quick turnaround over a Holiday weekend and everything went SO smooth! Her service was wonderful and I would absolutely work with Charlotte and her team again!

Our special company luncheon on October 13th was prepared by Charlotte of Fleur de Sel and it was fantastic. She created the perfect menu for our diverse team. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable and the quantity of food was very generous! If you need a caterer, your first "shout out" should be to Fleur de Sel. You will never regret it.
