Absolute rip off. Asked to be paid upfront, then proceeded to charge me double what he quoted. I was charged $150 an hour to have snow shoveled from my driveway. I was stupid enough to send money in advance so he could “buy salt”. Long story short a professional service provider doesn’t need his customer to advance him money to buy salt. Buyer berate with this guy. He’s got a rip off business model that he obviously has lots of practice exercising.
