I asked for a move-out cleaning for a house. One cleaner came. I would think a team of at least 2 would be needed, or even 3. The gal dusted, swept, mopped and vacuumed, and cleaned the bathrooms. For a move-out cleaning I think wiping out drawers and cupboards is necessary. I expected windows to be cleaned on the inside. I ended up having to clean after the cleaner completed her work to finish what I thought should be done. I would also think a checklist would be nice to show what had been done.

We have a smaller 2 bed/2 bath home with two dogs that shed heavily and like to get a deep clean every few months or so. XKDA arrived early and did a fantastic job!
