Elias was quick to respond to me. He came over and gave me a fair and affordable price to replace my flooring and baseboards. My insurance ended up covering the water damage I claimed so we went with their preferred partner instead. Otherwise, I would’ve went with Elias.

Elias and teammate were very good. They delivered what we talked about. Drywall, insulation, paint and tile repair. Eliaswas flexible with us as we had to change their schedule for various reasons. This was a clear differentiator. Elias was one of the few contractors who could also help repair tile that was damaged given the leaks that caused this project to happen. Elias is a good communicator and we had no problems with English and sometime Spanish dialouges.
