- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally try to make my pricing pretty easy. My standard rate is $85/hr and I will give you an estimate for how long the project will last. I am always looking for ways to make sure that my pricing is fair to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always really excited for new projects and clients. My process typically involves acquiring the following information about the service: -Quantity of items -Product number (Or picture of the item) -Pictures of the space are also really helpful -Project address After I know enough about the service I can then give you a more accurate cost of the project. Once we've agreed on the cost we can then schedule in a day/time. I will send you a notification letting you know I am on my way about 1 hour before the scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13+ years experience in the cabinet industry which has allowed me to gain knowledge and expertise in design as well and assembly/install. I’ve also taken a 3 day class to receive my sub contractors S220 license.
