- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Handyman Connection we price the majority of the projects we receive by the job and not the hour. In some cases, we will break it down to an hourly rate if necessary. Our minimum is charge is $150.00. We offer free estimates, and virtual estimates which allow us to get our customers a price much faster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can call or text our office number to receive a free estimate. They can also request a free estimate through our website. Once we receive a request for an estimate our office staff will reach out directly to the customer and set an onsite estimate or ask for uploaded images to review and estimate virtually. Our office staff is both friendly and professional, they work with the customer's schedule to meet all their needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
- Are they licensed and insured? - Are employees background checked? - Is there a warranty on work?
