My experience was excellent. Blake is prompt and responsive so I knew when my project would be completed. He always communicated proactively so I knew what to expect: what the next steps were, what risks the weather posed to our timelines, and how cost would be impacted by optional upgrades and design choices.
My specific project, installing and securing an extra large custom pergola, was challenging because of the out-of-the box structural integrity of the pergola (not great). I was very impressed by Blake's creative problem-solving and engineering savvy, which vastly improved the finished product. It's now rock-solid, and looks fantastic.
We are already planning our next project with Bright Future Contractors, and have recommended Blake to friends and family.
