Jon did amazing work for us! We are new homeowners of a fixer-upper and Jon took time not only to do high quality repairs, but to teach me about our house and plumbing in general. He was very capable and rolled with the unexpected punches that our older house brought during repairs, all while staying with the quote he gave us which was very reasonable. He even threw in some added things & services we needed for free. We will come back to Jon anytime we have plumbing concerns!

Seriously, save yourself the hassle and hire Drain Prodigy! These guys are phenomenal. We originally called them out for a backed up kitchen line, and then again the next day when we discovered the clog had caused some major leaks that were flooding into the basement. Kelly told me what price range to expect over the phone before they even came out. We had them out after we were quoted something considerably higher from another company. They kept us updated regularly the first day when they were stuck at their previous job longer than expected, which I very much appreciated! The second day they responded right away and came back out. We ended up having to replace a lot of the old piping under the sink that was corroded and falling apart. While they were at it, they replaced our kitchen faucet too. The repairs turned out to be a nightmare due to aging and how the water lines were originally installed when the house was built in the early 90’s. Kelly and John were at our house for two days working non-stop to get everything fixed and running for us again. They kept us informed through the whole process, and even fixed our toilets and replaced one of the shower heads! If we had gone through anyone else for this issue, we would have been out thousands of dollars. We can’t thank Drain Prodigy enough for all their hard work, and we will go through them for any plumbing services from now on.
