Hi, I've been a Utah architect for 9 years and I've worked in architecture firms for 12 years. I have extensive knowledge about residential design including new homes, new ADUs, remodels, renovations and additions. I'm also an expert in energy efficient design and have been involved with several passive houses (super efficient homes). I love helping clients solve problems and making dreams a reality. I'd be interested to hear about your project and your ideas. If you need a local architect, keep in mind I live in Utah and can only visit sites in Utah. We had a fantastic experience working with Tom on our home addition project. In just 4 days, Tom delivered the initial designs and was very receptive to our feedback, especially regarding our HVAC needs. Over the next 4 days, he made the necessary updates. He also worked closely with our hired contractor, which we didn’t have initially when we submitted the plans. Tom was instrumental in keeping Holiday City updated once the contractor was awarded the project. Over the next 20 days, he collaborated with an engineer to complete the engineered plans, all while staying highly responsive to our contractor. It was clear from our contractor’s feedback that he wasn’t used to working with someone as proactive and thorough as Tom, who made sure the contractor had everything he needed. The permitting process took just 8 days, and Tom was always easy to reach by phone and email. His efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism saved us significant time, and we highly recommend him!

Little Cloud Design was above and beyond my expectations. First of all he charged a lot less than others, but deserves 3 times as much, at least. Secondly, he provided multiple designs for me to choose from and did edits multiple times. He gave us fantastic ideas too that I hadn’t thought of. We have a large window that we were trying to figure out how to redesign, while keeping the structural integrity. The images were just what we wanted!!
