- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Our pricing is always presented and agreed upon by the customer before any work is performed. -We are a small family owned and operated business that does not have the overhead and operating costs that some of the big name companies have. this allows us to offer you a great service experience at lower prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We will perform a thorough evaluation of the main components of your plumbing system to ensure that if there is an underlying issue we can bring it to your attention. -After performing the evaluation, we will present different options for you to choose from. -When you choose an option that best suits your needs, we will begin work that day. most jobs can be done same day. -When work is complete, we will walk you through a 'show and tell' and ensure that you are satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Our employees are all licensed through the state of Utah. -All employees are required to carry RMGA card on them. 'Rocky Mountain Gas Association' -Rinnai Tankless training course.
