- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Our pricing is always presented and agreed upon by the customer before any work is performed. -We are a small family owned and operated business that does not have the overhead and operating costs that some of the big name companies have, this allows us to offer great service experience at lower prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We will perform a thorough evaluation of the main components of your plumbing system to ensure that if there is an underlying issue we can bring it to your attention. -After performing the evaluation, we will present different options for you to choose from. -When you choose an option that best suits your needs, we will begin work that day, as most jobs can be done same day. -When work is complete, we will walk you through a "show and tell" to ensure that you are satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Our employees are all licensed through the state of Utah. -All employees are required to carry a RMGA card on them- Rocky Mountain Gas Association -Rinnai Tankless training course.
