Great experience! Very professional. After the inspection he walked us around the property to explain what he found so we understood. He was punctual, responsive and polite. We had his detailed report within 24hrs. We hired a different home inspector just 3 months ago for slightly less and did not get half of what we got with Mt Olympus. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our inspections are based on the square footage of the dwelling. A typical inspection is $300.00. Radon and meth testing are a additional $100 each with a inspection. Discounts are available for first time home buyers, senior citizens and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with the buyers real estate agent to schedule a time with the sellers agent. Inspections normally take 2 to 3 hours. After the inspection we do a walk through of the property with the clients to answer any and all questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS Electronic Engineering Technology ITT Technical Institute. Internachi certified. International association certified home inspectors.
