We had such a great experience with Nuno that we asked him to come back to do another project. He was extremely responsive throughout the project, from responding to my initial inquiry, through late-night text conversations trying to solve problems, to following up afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. He communicated proactively and kept himself on top of the project - I never had to chase him down, which is usually a huge pain with contractors. Additionally, he cares about the quality of his work, and he will go out of his way to make things right. He actually made a small mistake on our front deck, but immediately told us about it, brainstormed solutions to fix it, and undid/redid the build to make it right, at no additional cost to us. I cannot recommend Nuno highly enough!

LND knocked it out of the park for us! From demo to completion the process was great. I work from home and have done remodel contracting myself so I watched Nuno and his crew like hawk but never had to micro manage or request any changes. We love our new deck and hope they will come back soon to do the smaller job in the front of our house in spring. We really enjoyed having them here for the week or so it took for the project. Great guys all around. I couldn’t recommend them more! Some before, during and after pictures
