The team from Authority were great! I was able to get an appointment 2 days from when I called. The tech, Tali, was outstanding. He showed up on time, asked good questions, was knowledgeable and spend time checking all the components. He was thorough and explained our options. It has been easy working with them and I highly recommend them

Talia did a great job, explained every thing he was doing and explained the options in the future. Was very pleased with the service and getting my AC back up and running in good time.
