I had the pleasure of employing Isaiah Flax at Faircrest Farms from April 5th through May 25th, 2024. During this period, Isaiah demonstrated exceptional skills and a deep commitment to his work, making a significant impact on our operations.
Isaiah's responsibilities were diverse and included care for the greenhouse plants, watering, transplanting, harvesting, and helping with our wash and pack process. He also managed compost processing, seeding, irrigation setup, bed preparation, and the transport of supplies and seedlings to the farmers market. Each task was executed with attention to detail and dedication.
One of Isaiah's standout qualities is his proactive approach. When a secondary water leak occurred, Isaiah immediately identified the issue, took swift action to resolve it, and ensured clear communication with me while I was out of town.
