FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t aim to be the lowest bidder. We do aim to charge a fair rate that allows both parties involved to be happy. We ultimately want you to get A+ service AND feel comfortable with using us again. But we can’t slap cheap products on your home and feel like we’re doing your project justice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple. We’ll start with a quick discussion over the phone followed by a visit to your home. We want to walk around with you and see what you want done, ask lots of questions, and make sure we can find a solution that fits your needs exactly. After that it’s as simple as picking a date on the calendar, ordering materials, and installing gutters. The guys always do a thorough cleaning of the job site and a walk around with you afterwards. And of course we always try to shower you with lots of donuts during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve actually have paid over $30,000 in the past year for training in this space. And I’m always looking for ways Mountain Tough Exteriors can up its game. But we’ve been learning about everything from the nitty gritty of how to install to how to consult with our customers and add value to your life instead of just trying to sell you with hard closes and pushy tactics.
