- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company out there, but we're definitely not the most expensive. We charge a fair price for a high quality project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and review the work they have in mind, get to know the customers desired outcome, find a solution that best suits us both and schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters plumbing license, a contractors license and a college degree in business.
