Chad came to give a quote, he was able to price the work on the spot and stuck to it. It felt a tad high but after trying to get a couple other plumbers to give prices to make some corrections from the 38 year old plumbing and being told there wasn’t tons they could do I felt better. He was able to get to the work within a couple days after we scheduled and made slight adjustments on the fly to improve the system and get us what we wanted. We had him price a tankless system and install it two days after the drain work we needed. He also was willing to walk me through a couple other small future projects that I would be doing in the near future.
