I had quotes from 8 other companies for a water heater replacement. I chose Nearby Plumbing because their pricing was one of the most competitive, and their communication with me felt genuine and honest. They were transparent in all the questions I asked and had a demeanor that made me feel comfortable to have them in my home. I'm sure the other 8 companies do quality work as well. But, I chose Nearby Plumbing because they felt more down to earth and real than the others. More like a friend and less like a business transaction.
