- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are as follows: $100 consultation (waived if accepted) New construction: $2.50 per square foot up to 80 work hours, then it is an additional $200 an hour. Changes to plans $200 an hour. Remodel/Addition $200 an hour. $500 deposit to get started on any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting/consultation to go over ideas, layout, and design process. After that there is a weekly meeting to go over major changes or adjustments to the plans. Progress check ups are almost a daily thing. Any progress made on the plans gets sent to client for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of experience in designing homes, remodels and additions. Graduated in 2020 from UVU with Bachelors in Science Construction Management Degree. 8+ years of construction management experience as office manager, jobsite superintendent, as well as project manager.
