- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a 10% military discount. I will also give this year's price for next year's weddings (early booking). Otherwise, I will increase my prices after Christmas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We chat so I can provide information about my availability. 2) We meet in person or by Zoom call to discuss a plan for our session, such as outfits, preferences on retouching, location, etc. (I do it for all my services except headshots and aerial). I take a 100% downpayment for sessions and 50% for weddings. We sign a contract. 3) Session day! I'm always earlier to check out the location. The session takes about an hour on average. 4) I retouch and send pictures in 1-2 weeks. Yes! 5) You are happy and write an excellent review 6) It's not the end! If you want prints, I take care of sizes, crops, color grade, and sharpening and order them for you. 7) We stay in touch, and you hire me again because of the highest quality I provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dozens of certificates, and I start another one as soon as I finish one. I have a total of three years of photography education.
