- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing and we provide multiple options for most situations so you can choose what's best for you. Our goal is to provide the greatest value possible for the lowest cost. Discounts and promotional coupons for various services may be available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first contact with a new customer is usually over the phone (sometimes text or email). During that first interaction we want to understand your need, then schedule an onsite visit with one of our professionals who can diagnose your issue. Once onsite your technician will educate you on the most current products and technology available to solve your problem, then provide a variety of solutions. You choose the option that's best for you. Initial appointments are scheduled the same day or next day with two hour windows. Once the work is complete we will follow-up to ensure that you are satisfied with the results and make sure all your questions are answered regarding the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with teams of licensed master plumbers, journeyman plumbers, HVAC techs etc. specifically for over six years. I've worked in the home services space for nearly 30 years. Many individuals we have on staff have 20 plus years in their various fields. All employees are licensed, certified, bonded, and insured for any work they're assigned.
