- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward and reasonable. We will always be very transparent about our pricing and our hourly rates so you will never experience any surprises. Our rates are hourly based so we are very meticulous about understanding the work that will be involved so we can give you the most accurate quote regarding the number of hours it will take our team to perform your job from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start every interaction out with a phone call so you can hear our voice and feel of our genuine care to help meet your needs. While on the phone, we will ask you questions about your job so we can provide you with an accurate and transparent quote. We strive to never over promise and under deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone here at Movingly has previous experience in the moving and delivery industry. The best education in this line of work is experience and that is what you can expect when you hire us.
