- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the job not by the hour that way they know the cost upfront and there’s no surprise bill at the end of the completed work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical day starts with a text message saying “on our way” then a follow up appointment how call to give an ETA. Arriving at the customers location, diagnosing the issue they are experiencing with their help, no one knows their home like they do! Once we diagnose the issue we write up a few options to get the work taken care of. Once the customer approves an option we work to get it done either right then or at a scheduled time the customer requests. Payment is not collected until we are done in most instances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a master plumber licensed by the state of Utah, I constantly am looking for ways to improve as a plumber. I am a member of several trade groups that help keep us up to date on our industry.
