Originally I was searching for a plumber to give me an estimate on repairing/ replacing a broken handle and fill valve in a toilet in half bath. No rush, just looking for information. I picked three plumbers in the area from online sites and left messages/ texts/ voicemails. Nick was first to respond, said he was in the neighborhood and could be at my house within minutes. He checked out the toilet, said that replacing the toilet wouldn't be much more than repairing the 50 year old toilet. Gave me a reasonable price. I had him look at another toilet that wasn't shutting off correctly, wanted a taller model. Nick had 2 men over to my house within a couple of hours. They had to pick up the taller model at a plumbers supply and search for a thinner tank. Both toilets replaced within 3 hours of initial contact, installed professionally, cleaned up area, played with my dog and left me extremely satisfied with my experience with Silverback Plumbing. Nick and his men installed the toilets before I got responses from other plumbers. Plan on them replacing a leaky shower valve, pressure valve and outdoor faucet. Good job guys.

affordable. I'm not the cheapest but I'm not the most expensive. I'll never be rich just live within my means. money is a means to an end!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
all plumbing has a process one step at a time. the right tools and materials for each project. a good parts list and selecting the right supply house helps me be more afficient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
graduated from orem high in 97. did some college. completed my plumbing apprenticeship at MATC.(mountainland applied technology college). I have my masters plumbing license and general contractors license.
