- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive for industry standards. I never have any hidden costs. My quote includes everything including travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the following: 1. Client will communicate all of their photography needs so that I get a full understanding of all photography needs, expectations, etc..... 2. I will give my final quote based on the needs communicated by the client 3. Establish a date, time, and location for photo session. 4. Client will receive a call or text the day before session just to touch base one last time before we meet for photoshoot. 5. Meet at desired location day of session. Photograph client/clients as discussed during the booking of the shoot. 6. Client must pay total balance of photo session on or before the scheduled session. 7. Depending on the season, the turn around time for photos are usually no more than 2 weeks. 8. All photos are edited and saved in high resolution format, and returned back to the client via online gallery. A link will be emailed to the client. The client will then be able to download photos onto their device. 9. The gallery will expire in 30 days. If a client needs a link to be reactivated there is a $25 fee. 10. After everything is completed. The client will receive an email asking about their experience. Reviews are very much appreciated. =)
