I had been working through back pain for quite a long time. It prevented me from getting the most out of my workouts and honestly even enjoying day to day without discomfort. Since starting treatments with Optimal, I’ve felt dramatic improvements in my pain levels and was also educated on different stretches and movements I can practice in between sessions to continue improving my mobility and reducing tightness and pain in my back. I've had headaches almost everyday forb25 years, and a history of migraines for over 25 years. After 1 session I finally got pain relief and haven't had to take medication daily! Truly amazing!
