- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very competitive. I would rather a customer come back because of quality work rather than spend an arm and a leg for less than perfect service. I do give a recurring customer and referral discount. Military, First Responder and of course Teacher/Educator discounts as well. Just ask me how.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer is received you will get a message from me confirming that you would like my company’s services, then a text message to the phone number listed on account. A brief description of the service you would to have done and an appointment will be made. The day before the appointment you will receive communication from myself to confirm and then the day of you will also receive a text or call which ever you prefer to let you know that I’m about 10-15 minutes away. If there are any delays you will also be kept up to date. I believe that great communication and transparency is the key to success and quality work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed doing lawn work and making my home look great for other to see from the street and when having guest. So I thought it would be a great opportunity to be able to help others feel the same way.
