- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very transparent as shown on Thumbtack estimates. Pricing also includes delivery of all images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial call with the client, an agreement and invoice are created and emailed to the client. After reviewing, signing, and paying the initial deposit, the client's event or session is booked. The client should expect a confirmation call, email, or text 1 - 2 days before the event or session. On the day of the event/session, I usually arrive about 30 minutes before the event to take some test shots and ensure everything is ready. After the event or session, The client will get an email reminding he/she of their pending balance. The client should get his/ her images no more than 3 days after the event or session.

I have been in the field for over 4 years and have gotten expert training from renowned photographers like Lindsay Adler, Karl Taylor, Jared Polin, Manny Ortis, Brandon Cole, Jerry Grionis, and more.
