We’re Thoro Air, and we’ve been an HVAC contractor here in Weslaco, TX, since 2020. We specialize in heating, cooling, commercial HVAC, duct work, and more. We started this business because folks need air conditioning and heating to feel comfortable in their homes, and no one can match our quality of service. Would highly recommend Andy. On a hot summer day my AC stopped working, Andy came in and diagnosed issue unfortunately the part needed was not available He shifted into MacGyver mode and improvised a fix so my family wouldnt be without AC while part arrived.

Arrive on time as scheduled, they inspected my system identified the issues and offered repair options. I was quoted for the repairs and time it would take to repair. Everything was done in the time they said and their honesty was greatly appreciated since the repair was less than quoted price. Will definitely recommend

Thumbtack has this guy's service fee as $70. Also states that they service Brownsville, and charging $285 for weekend and $190 during the week because of the "extra commute"...

We called Thoro at 11 am, and we were given a time for them to come at the end of the day. Which is incredible, seeing as the summer months are the busiest. He was able to check and diagnose our problem and fix it in the 1 hr he was in our home. Incredible service, and extremely professional. We will definitely be calling Thoro and recommending them from now on.

Excellent service, gave us a window of time that they would show up and kept to it. Called ahead before showing up. Did the diagnosis, explained the problem. Luckily had the part to fix the problem, was done at the end of the same hour of showing up. 10/10
