- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate pricing system. So, you know the price before I grab a tool
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just let the customer explain what and how this problem came about so I can have a better idea of how I can repair the problem. I diagnose the issue based on their explanation and then give a flat rate price to resolve the issue.

I have a responsible masters plumbing license with 16 years experience in both new construction and remodel/repair plumbing
