Called numerous times and left messages to tell them they missed a huge part on my roof . Back patio and front concrete was not done correctly. I would not use them again . I could have purchase a pressure washer and done a better job . It would have saved me 1700.

Efficient, thorough, insightful. He and I discussed the realm of services offered. Quite talented over a broad spectrum... Pressure washed the sidewalk, curb, street out about one foot in length, porch, house and walkway. I'm going to hire him for other jobs which he and I have discussed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system because of all the different variables I may encounter such as the material being pressure washed, how dirty it is, if it's mildew, or dirt or if its stains in the material being cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers, and let them get to know me a little, give them a detailed estimate, and schedule the work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of United association of mobile contract cleaners (UAMCC).
