He was so nice and professional. Extra communicative and was able to replace and repair a portion of carpet that my dog had torn up by taking a piece of carpet from a closet and putting it in that area. Seamless! Then he replaced the carpet in the closet to the closest match possible and it looks great!

Rudy reached out to me when the other professionals failed to respond. He came out the same day on a Sunday evening to my house in North Austin from San Antonio at a very reasonable rate.
