Rudy was amazing! We are so grateful that he was able to help us! We had 2 rooms carpets cleaned and one rooms carpet repaired and it looks better than it did when it was new! Rudy is very nice and attentive and does impeccable work, and he was in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely contact him anytime I need work on my carpets in the future. I’ve worked with Time Out Carpet Cleaning before. What really stood out to me on this experience is he was able to fit us into the schedule last minute because my goal was to clean the carpets before Thanksgiving. This is my 3rd time using his services, I have cream colored carpets and I have to admit I let a long time pass by before requesting treatment. My family uses shoes in the house and we have 2 big dogs. I’m very impressed with Time Out Carpet Cleaning treatments, our carpets are bright again and fresh smelling!
