FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs are based on a time and material rate and others are based on the proposal given for the job. In almost all cases, doing the work on a time and material basis is less expensive than a quote, or bid. When a customer asks for a quote or bid or estimate, we take into consideration a lot of factors that "might" happen, so the job is based on a worst case scenario. If we do the job and have no issues we make a lot more money than had we done the job on a time and material basis. Also, when working on an hourly basis (time and material) we give discounts for military and vets, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are treated the same, new and returning. We try to do the best job in the quickest amount of time possible. A whopping 67% of our business is repeat customers with another 23% being referrals. We try to do the best job for every customer, every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
