I’m Carrie, a certified happiness and mindfulness coach, and private yoga instructor. I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2007, and it has carried me through life’s challenges, offering me resilience and peace along the way. I became certified in 2020 and am registered with Yoga Alliance. Now, I love sharing the beauty of yoga with others—helping people move, breathe, and feel better.
