Loren was AMAZING! I was worried about leaving my pup for the first time and she made the process so easy and smooth. She updated me everyday with pictures and messages. She was very responsive whenever I needed anything answered or help. I would recommend her to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rates for the length of time of your visits with 30 minute, 45 minute, and one hour options. The rate is also dependent on the age and number of pets. We do offer discounts for booking ongoing services with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can set up a complimentary meet & greet by either contacting our concierge service, contacting the owner directly through Thumbtack, or through our app which is available through both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a member of Pet Sitters International. We receive regular training through our parent company. All of our dog walkers and pet sitters are background checked.
