Each appraisal, like each property, is unique. Appraisal services are quoted on an individual basis with our customers, in an effort to provide the exact service they need, without any additional fees they do not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our appraisers enroll in specialized continuing education classes every year to stay well-versed in our local changing markets, as well as changes in local and federal regulations on our industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We regularly work with homeowners, agents, local/national lenders, CPAs and attorneys to assist with their real property valuation needs.
