Jimmy diagnosed my dishwasher’s problem via text! And sure enough, when he came out to replace the water inlet valve, he had diagnosed the problem accurately and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He even took the time to show me the faulty valve. I will always call Jimmy and G.I.A. Appliance Repair when any of my appliances don’t work. Second time he’s accurately diagnosed a problem and fixed it for a very fair price. Super happy with everything!

The work on my old dryer was done quickly and professionally and I was very pleased with the price which wasn’t increased even though he did extra work. It was very fair and I would recommend G.I.A. Appliance Repair to anyone.

Big thanks to Jimmy owner of G.I.A Appliance repair. He always gets the job done right the first time and in a timely manner. We’ve been going to him for about 2 years now for any appliance problem we may have at my family’s restaurant. After being in business for 10 years now and trying different companies, we are proud to say that G.I.A Appliance repair has been the best and the only company we will continue to go to for any appliance repairs. This experience was indeed rare. The tech called the day before his scheduled appointment to discuss the problem with our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me instructions on how to correct it myself, and even called me back with additional information. We followed his instructions and it was just as he had said it would be..............FIXED. There was no charge. He has our utmost respect and you can bet we will request this company for any future needs.
