- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the size of the pond or water feature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call to the customer, where introductions are made and the customers desires are laid out. Pictures are sent to me of the area in question. If an agreement on what is wanted and expected is made, I will travel to the location and make a plan for installation or maintenance and a quote and scheduling is agreed upon. Items will be ordered and deliver prior to the instillation. The instillation will be competed during the time agree upon unless serious problems arise along the way. A week after instillation there will be an additional consultation checking into how the feature is performing, and if any small items need to be addressed.

6 years of pond maintenance and construction, training from aquascape on how to build ecosystem ponds. working with other aquascape contractors on their projects to gain additional insight.
