- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time is money......... I don't wanna waste your time or mine.... That's why I make it a point to be on time to my calls. I may not be the cheapest quote you received but i do charge fair prices.I DO NOT charge for every little item i use. I am fully insured and also take most major credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer free estimates within a 40 mile area. That way i know what the job entails and you know what you are paying for. I will give you your free estimate while on site. It is then up to new customer to give me the go ahead and most of the time complete the job right then. Some jobs may need to be rescheduled if certain parts are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the communications/technology industry for over 30 years and have been to many advanced education classes.
