Reached out regarding a possible leaky gas line. But when asked about scheduling, again because I was updated about the urgency of the leak, they give unnecessary replies to straight questions - instead of expressing concern if the customer needs assistance, especially with the gas issue, they went on to preach god and family. I feel uncomfortable with the lack of concern for customer service or customer’s need. I am not certain if the lack of customer focus will deliver me a proper outcome. And I hope, that this review save you from all customers so you can focus on your prayers, which again I presume will be for more customers?
