- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for the quality of my work you get what you pay for. You might think it’s a bit high at times but believe me lots of people end up paying twice. The second time to have me fix someone else’s mistakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making customer contact, walking the job and explaining to them what it’s going to take to get the job done right the first time around, that way they know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical engineering associates degree. Was a electrician in the union. Was also a industrial mechanic and also maintenance.
