FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent and competitive, tailored to the complexity of each tax return. To show our appreciation, we offer discounts for recurring clients as well as for members of the military, first responders, healthcare professionals, and teachers. Pricing starts at $150 for basic individual tax returns, with personalized quotes provided for more complex filings. No hidden fees—what you see is what you get.

My process is designed to be seamless and stress-free for new customers: Free Consultation: We start with a no-obligation consultation to understand your specific tax needs and goals. Document Collection: We'll provide guidance of the required documents, such as W-2s, 1099s, and deductions, and guide you on how to securely share them. Tax Preparation: Once we have all the necessary information, we prepare your return with precision and keep you updated throughout the process. Review and Approval: we schedule a review session to explain the return, answer any questions, and ensure everything meets your expectations. Filing and Support: After your approval, we e-file your return and provide ongoing support in case you have follow-up questions or need additional assistance
