We let our hot tub get yucky. We drained it but it needed cleaning and everything checked out. I had a hard time finding someone that knew about hot tubs and would clean it and make it ready to use. So glad we found Paul. Thanks.

Horrible experience dealing with Paul. I specifically called and confirmed that he can clean the hot tub within the visit charge and he said yes. It was simple job. Then once he came, did a very poor job cleaning the tub and kept upselling me on products. Then suddenly asked for $250+ visit charge. When I refused, tried to blame it on thumbtack. As if thumbtack sets the prices. Finally I got them out for $125. He lost all credibility when he just kept asking for $250, then $150 and finally $125. When asked about the error codes, had no clue and just said could be/could not be. After visit when I had questions- was rude and asked for 2000 to come back. Please never hire.
