It was her first time taking a music lesson so we weren’t sure what to expect or if she would like it. We were so happy to have been offered a free lesson to check it out and the process to sign up for lessons was quick and easy. Our daughter enjoyed the group lesson and how Mr. Mac incorporated a game at the end of every lesson to infuse some fun into the learning. We really enjoyed our Saturday mornings hanging out with Walter (the friendly music dog) too."See more

Didn't work, only picked up bad habits. Heard about Thumbtack, figured I would give it a shot. There were several instructors to choose from. I choose Jeff because of his introduction "Learn Music From a Pro". That he is "A Pro". Jeff makes lessons interesting and easy to follow. He is patient, always on time. There were several times I was unable to attend a session and he made sure I could make up my time. I found Jeff to be very patient, Professional with his student's. He has the knowledge, ability and desire to pass on to his students. I'm truly grate full I choose Jeff Brent. He, without a doubt is a "Pro" and enjoys what he does. If I were to choose a instructor again, I would certainly pick him. Thank you."See more

Raven C. says, "i appreciated teles’ enthusiasm, knowledge and guidance. he has a lot to offer as a teacher and i gained valuable skills in music theory, understanding that there’s room for mistakes and not everything will be perfect, and scales! unfortunately our communication styles led to misunderstandings and our personal values just did not quite align. i did learn a lot in my time with him but decided to move on due to personal compatibility issues. despite this, i am so grateful for the lessons learned and will always cherish him as my honorary first teacher. he even reached out to me to have an open discussion about our discord and i really appreciated that and even gave me time to process and prepare for when i was ready to address them, which i feel shows willingness to learn from his students, past and present. i think anyone would be lucky to have such a kind, supportive teacher who is also just a human, like the rest of us."See more
