Please be wary of this company. They tried to take me for a real ride. I am attaching all of my correspondence and I have numbered them in the order to read as they scrambled them on upload. Follow the story by #. When the technician came out he nearly doubled the quote to $425 (originally $225) and then told me that he would give me a military discount (I am not military) if I didn't tell his boss. When I told him that I had the cartridge that needed to be replaced, he told me I had the wrong cartridge without even taking the trim kit off to check. He proceeded to tell me that I needed a posi temp cartridge which would cost $98 instead of the chateau cartridge that I had that was well under $25. The Posi temp cartridge is under $60... I do my homework. So anyway now my quote is $337.50 with so called discount, still $112.50 higher than the $225 original quote, but they never acknowledged that I had the cartridge so they should have deducted this from the $225. He also convinced me that I should replace the flexible "accordion" piece of pipe under my kitchen sink because it would eventually crack and leak... I agreed and like a complete idiot, when he said he had to have 100% payment upfront and he would be back the next day for the repair, I agreed. My Bad. Never again. The next day he and his boss showed up and come to find out I had the right cartridge but they still did not make good on the original $225 quote. Tim did pull me aside after they finished the job and told me that Sam, the technician was inexperienced and was still learning and that he had quoted way too high after I protested that their prices were higher than most recommended job quotes They were taking advantage of a single "older" woman, and I could see right through it. When I confronted the "Boss", Tim with all of my concerns he agreed he had made a big mistake and that he would give me a full refund as he said it was totally his fault and wanted to take full ownership..... Well then the very next day he took back this offer and wanted to know what we had agreed upon. It's all right here in our messages in black and white. You can't make this stuff up. On top of everything, now my sink pipes leak in 3 places!!! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my sink drains before they worked on them. Oh, and the first quote says 90 day warranty, the technician that tried to poke my eyes out said 2 year warranty and then the Tim, the boss said a 1 year warranty. What is it? 90 days, 2 years, 1 year??? $425, $337.5, $225???? What is it does anyone know? Prices, warranties....what actually is it? I would advise anyone who is thinking about hiring this company to read reviews on YELP and the responses to negative reviews on this site. This man is very dishonest and disrespectful.

They can improve by keeping their appointment time with paying customers.Shouldn’t agree to a time and ask for address and phone number and Not show up. No one called, or showed up to my house.Very bad buisness!!
