We loved working with GC Painting. They were punctual and always did what they said they were going to do. All of the painters were friendly and cleaned up after themselves in every area where they worked. They listened and were willing to change anything that we needed. The painting was very precise and professional.

I manage a residential property in Monte Vista that needed some restoration on the exterior. I have interviewed over a dozen different contractors for this job. GC Painting was the ONLY contractor who delivered their written estimate in the time frame they promised, and quoted me the least expensive estimate I have received. They actually got back to me the same day that we interviewed and toured the property! They were able to provide a written proposal of the scope of work, as well as source color-matched paint and identical siding to what was on the property. This was essential to receiving administrative approval from the Office of Historic Preservation and obtain the Certificate of Appropriateness that is required to work on an historic property. They began work the day after I alerted them that I was ready for them to begin. They finished the work within the estimated time frame that they promised, and within the proposed cost. Their agent Rick was very responsive whenever I had a question or comment. And they really delivered on their work. I'm very happy with how the property looks! If I had to do it all over again (and I'm glad I don't, finding reliable contracted work can be challenging), I would definitely go with GC Painting again.

We will call look and go out to your house and look at the project. We will give you a quote on a business card and then we will email you a formal quote when we get back to the office.
