- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum charge of one hour of labor plus a service/trip charge. We charge by the project based on the estimated amount of time it will take the service professional to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information about the service requested as possible. Photos of the area needing attention are very helpful and it is sometimes possible to give an general estimate without a visit. However, we can certainly schedule a time to have our service professional provide an expert consultation in order to provide you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals have at least 5 years of experience in handyman services. Each has a knack for problem solving to help you reach your goals.
