- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum charge of one hour of labor plus a service charge. We charge by the project based on the estimated amount of time it will take the service professional to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information about the service requested as possible. Photos of the area needing attention are very helpful. In most cases, we can schedule a time to have our service professional provide an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals have at least 5 years of experience in handyman services. Each has a knack for problem solving to help you reach your goals.
