- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly pricing is $65 an hour. However, the hourly rate may go to a flat fee providing the customer agrees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet is first and foremost. Before knocking at the door, I usually call the customer when I'm in front of their home. The next step is evaluating the project and asking the customer what their expectations are. Then I give them an estimate on the project. Finally, after their project is completed, we do a walk around to make sure the customer is satisfied with my workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a formal education, therefore, critical thinking is absolutely a plus. Being a repair guy, I'm always looking for best prices on materials and best option to save time. I believe having this mindset saves my customers money!
