- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with our new customers we have designed a process to ensure clarity, efficiency, and satisfaction throughout each step. We first have our initial on-site appointment where we will discuss your fencing needs, budget, and fence style. Our team will then complete a free estimate that will provide you with the details regarding your fence, cost and timeline for the project. Our next step will be scheduling and installation for a time that works best for you. Our team will handle the installation process and will ensure quality craftsmanship for your fence. Once the installation is completed we will do a final walkthrough with you of the fence to ensure everything meets not only our high standards and satisfaction, but yours as well. We are happy to assist you if you have any post-installation concerns or questions. Throughout this process, our team prioritizes communication and high-quality work so you may have your dream fence become a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 15 years of knowledge and expertise in installing wood, aluminum, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental fences as well as gates and railing.
