- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to take care of your family. We strive to provide the best service possible, and while we may not always be the cheapest, we guarantee you will get more for your money than with any other company. Our general pest service even INCLUDES extras like fleas, ticks, scorpions, fire ants, etc. Our highest goal is to serve you and your family, we price our services with this goal in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to understand the needs of each customer individually. Every home is unique and every family is unique. This requires us to ask more questions and design our services in a way to best serve each family. When we go to a new customers home, we spend a little more time listening and asking questions than most companies, this allows us to know how to best serve you. We always walk our customers through what will be done to solve the problem and help them to know what to expect as we provide treatments. Our office is always ready to answer questions and our technicians take detailed notes for each home so when you have a question or concern you can call the office and they will be able to answer any question immediately because in our office, like with our customers, we believe great communication yields great results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. All employees received intensive trained before they are allowed to treat our customers homes to ensure you receive the best service possible. They also receive weekly ongoing service training to continue to provide the very best treatment available to our customers.
